Țiriac Imobiliare, part of the Țiriac Group, is finalizing construction works for the Țiriac Tower office building. Located in the Victory Square area, 200 meters from the Government headquarters, Țiriac Tower covers a total built area of 30,969 sqm, including 16,472 sqm of leasable Class A modern office space distributed across 12 floors and ground floor level, with a five-level underground area, 259 parking spaces, multiple bicycle stands, showers and changing rooms, charging stations for electric vehicles, and approximately 700 sqm of green terraces.

- Allianz-Țiriac will occupy three floors of the building, including the top floor – level 12, as well as a concept store on the ground floor dedicated to the public.
- Colonnade Insurance – the local branch has chosen Țiriac Tower for its new offices.
- SWEAT – a new premium fitness and wellness concept located on the ground floor of the building.
- Novo Nordisk Farma – will occupy one of the upper floors.
- Forty Management and Cushman & Wakefield Echinox – two relevant names in the real estate industry.
