A few days after the official launch of Țiriac Tower, the Țiriac Imobiliare division is launching a project dedicated to the tenants of this building, designed to encourage an active and social lifestyle at the office. The project is based on organizing a continuous series of interactive, social, cultural, and educational activities carried out for the benefit of employees working within the tenant companies.
Located in central Bucharest and benefiting from easy access to a wide range of cultural and social landmarks, the Țiriac Tower building extends the benefits package offered to its tenants through the implementation of a system of activations and experiences aimed at restoring an active office lifestyle, encouraging social interaction, and reviving healthy habits that clearly separate leisure time from working hours.
The series of initiatives includes cultural and social events, family-oriented activities, experiences related to the history of the Capital, as well as activities focused on ergonomics and effective collaboration in the workplace.

Currently, more than 800 employees from the IT, pharmaceutical, insurance, real estate, and services industries carry out their activity within the Țiriac Tower building.
Located in the Victory Square area, 200 meters from the Government headquarters, Țiriac Tower covers a total built area of 30,969 sqm, of which 16,364 sqm represent leasable Class A modern office space distributed across 12 floors and the ground floor, with a five-level underground area, 259 parking spaces, bicycle stands, charging stations for electric vehicles, and approximately 700 sqm of green terraces.
