Financial Business Analyst

-Reviews and /or prepares profitability analysis for new investment;

-Reviews controlling reports;

-Prepares monthly consolidated financial reports for top management;

-Performing budget to actual deviations analysis;

-Based on the management requirements, elaborate, analyze and validate relevant financial reports

-Actively participates in the budgeting process ( monthly/ annual) or forecast reports and prepared consolidated budget based on individual figures;

-Coordinates and provides support in the annual financial audit and evaluation processes of the Tiriac Imobiliare property portfolio

-Transmits information and prepares the audited financial statements (including notes) for both stand alone and combined financial statements for Tiriac Imobiliare Group

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in economics; other certifications (ACCA, CECCAR, CAFR) are a plus but not expressly requested

Experience in financial analysis / financial audit minimum 5 years - real estate experience it’s a plus

Very good knowledge of accounting

English language - advanced level

MS - Office operation - advanced level
