ResidenzFest, neighborhood like a family!

On 10th October 2006 the cornerstone for Residenz cartierul german was laid. Over 10 years, in 2016, our district has more then 850 owners and continues to grow; we just launched the last phase of development, Phase IV.
On this occasion we organized a party and we celebrate all those who have been with us over the time.
