Tiriac Collection
A new concept in Romania, Ţiriac Collection brings
together cars and motorcycles from Mr. Ion Ţiriac's collection. Reopened to the
public in May 2015, the collection includes more than 150 vintage exhibits,
manufactured since the 1899s, as well as state-of-the-art performance cars,
with modern design. The visitors will find the world's only collection with the
six Rolls Royce Phantom produced until 1972, as well as copies previously owned
by celebrities such as Sir Elton John, Sammy Davis Jr. and Bernie Ecclestone.
The surface of the gallery is 4300 sqm and currently houses exceptional models of cars and motorcycles, amounting to more than 30,000 horsepower.
The newest in the Tiriac Collection gallery is LaFerrari (2014) and the oldest in the collection is the quadricycle Hurtu 3 ½ (1899), the oldest exhibited car and the oldest known Hurtu.
