Nouveau Center
The building is built around 1900 in Art Noveau style. Located on Lipscani Street at number 102, the building was renovated, keeping its facades and original decorative elements.
The architecture of the building preserves Art Nouveau style decorative
elements: the spirituality of ancient Egypt, present through the papyrus
capitals and the statues of Osiris and Horus, the Italian Renaissance through
the artesian fountain in the form of a papal cross from the axis of the
passage. In the hall of the building there are modern elements in the paintings
of Art Nouveau master Alphonse Mucha, whose paintings remind of Boticelli's
"Primavera".
The Noveau Center is a 5-storey building with a built-up area of 7,058 sqm of
which useful area of 5,366 sqm. It offers both underground and outdoor parking.
