Țiriac Tower received the “Allbim Net” distinction at the 20th edition of the Bucharest Annual Architecture Gala 2022.

Țiriac Tower, the office building developed by Țiriac Imobiliare in the Victory Square area of Bucharest, was awarded the “Allbim Net” distinction at the 20th edition of the Bucharest Annual Architecture Gala 2022. The event is organized by the Order of Architects of Romania (OAR) and took place on December 7 at the National Library of Romania.

Within the competition, the Țiriac Tower project participated in the public architecture section, which nominates projects intended for public-use functions such as offices, retail, sports, culture, tourism, and others. The projects must be designed by architects who are members of OAR Bucharest. The architect of the Țiriac Tower project is Adrian Emilian Zerva.

“A challenging project that required the design team to fully demonstrate professionalism, capability, and experience. It was the work of a large and complex team, coordinated by architects and the client’s representatives. In the end, we hope that the project offers an image with a specific ‘1930s flavor,’ achieved through state-of-the-art technologies while respecting high standards of sustainability and European quality in both design and execution,” stated architect Adrian Emilian Zerva.

The building meets the most demanding standards related to the safety of the tenants’ working environment, being awarded LEED Platinum and WELL Health-Safety certifications.

Located in the Victory Square area, 200 meters from the Government headquarters, Țiriac Tower covers a total built area of 30,969 sqm, of which 16,364 sqm represent leasable Class A modern office space distributed across 12 floors and the ground floor. In addition to office and retail spaces, the building offers a five-level underground area, 259 parking spaces, bicycle stands, showers and changing rooms, charging stations for electric vehicles, and approximately 700 sqm of green terraces.
