Stejarii Collection was awarded at the SEE Property Forum Award Ceremony in the “Residential Project of the Year” category.

Stejarii Collection, the extension of Stejarii Residential Club, the most representative landmark of residential clubs in Bucharest, was awarded in the “Residential Project of the Year” category at the SEE Property Forum Award Ceremony.

“For the entire team, this distinction represents more than an award. It represents recognition of the effort invested in creating a new successful phase of Stejarii, through which we offer safety and comfort to our residents in the most premium residential complex in Bucharest. At the same time, it is a motivation to continue developing benchmark real estate projects,” said Răzvan Enache, Managing Director, Țiriac Imobiliare.

Stejarii Collection offers 198 premium apartments for rent in the northern area of Bucharest and is scheduled to be delivered in the first half of 2023. Stejarii Collection represents the second phase of the Stejarii Residential Club complex, operational since 2010, with an international community in which approximately 60% of residents are Romanian nationals.

The annual SEE Property Forum awards gala took place on October 25 and recognized the best residential projects of the year, as well as the most important transactions on the Romanian market. The winners were selected by a jury committee made up of 23 top real estate professionals.

The competitors of Stejarii Collection in this category were Marmura Residence (Prime Kapital), One Herăstrău Towers (One United Properties), and Atria Urban Resort.
