Preparations for the launch of the newest “build to rent” project in the Țiriac Imobiliare portfolio, Stejarii Collection, are in their final stage.
The new residential complex is located in the heart of Băneasa Forest and, once completed, will set new luxury standards on the Romanian real estate market. Stejarii Collection is the extension of the already renowned Stejarii Residential Club and will be delivered this summer.
Stejarii Collection provides residents with all the facilities required to enjoy the highest residential standards, premium comfort, a clean environment, privacy, security, and easy access to complementary services, such as Stejarii Country Club located in the immediate vicinity.
“For me, quality has always been, remains, and will continue to be essential. We want to offer everyone who chooses to become part of the Stejarii residential community a place that provides that unique feeling of home, together with top-level services. We invest in the future, we care about everything around us, and we choose quality above all else for the Group’s projects. That is precisely why Stejarii Collection came as a natural continuation of Stejarii Residential Club. We had to exceed the high standards of a residential benchmark and become better than ourselves,” said Ion Țiriac.
Following the same operating model introduced with Stejarii Residential Club, the new complex will offer no fewer than 198 apartments for long-term rent, which future residents can personalize with luxury furniture elements inspired by 2023 design trends. The apartments range from 2 to 5 rooms, with areas starting from 95 sqm. Bathrooms and kitchens are fully furnished and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. The apartments also feature centralized air conditioning systems and underfloor heating.
The 437 parking spaces dedicated to residents are located exclusively underground. Built on the footprint of a former structure, Țiriac Imobiliare added 11,000 sqm of vegetation out of the total 24,000 sqm allocated to the Stejarii Collection complex — representing 46% of the land area covered by greenery.
The occupancy rate of Stejarii Residential Club remains above 94% of the total available apartments, a rate that the developer also aims to achieve within the new project, Stejarii Collection, by the end of next year.
