Tiriac Real Estate
Tiriac Imobiliare, part of Tiriac Group, is a group of 29 companies, present on the local market since 1994, as a developer and investor in real estate. Tiriac Imobiliare started on the Romanian market with the establishment of Fergus Construct International, the first real estate company belonging to Tiriac Group.
Over time, Tiriac Imobiliare has experienced a significant development due primarily to the diversity of real estate projects offered to the Romanian market. For the future, Tiriac Imobiliare plans to develop several real estate projects – residential, commercial, business buildings or multibrands, located in Bucharest and the major cities in the country.

Automotive import and distribution
Through three importing companies and a distribution and service network, part of Tiriac Auto, Tiriac Group has associated its name with well-known brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Hyundai, Land Rover, Mitsubishi, KGM, BYD, GEELY.
Financial Services
The financial services division of Țiriac Group brings together integrated insurance and financial planning solutions built around excellence, stability, and long-term partnerships. Through its collaboration with Allianz-Țiriac, the group delivers a comprehensive range of services for both individual and business clients, strengthening its position on the Romanian financial market.
Real-estate
Through Țiriac Imobiliare, Țiriac Group develops landmark real estate projects such as Stejarii Clubul Rezidențial and Residenz – Cartierul German.
VIP charter
Through Tiriac Air, Tiriac Group offers VIP / business charter air services and aeronautical consultancy. Tiriac Air owns its own fleet of aircraft and a private terminal.
