An architectural landmark with a distinct identity

Centrul Nouveau is a building dating back to around 1900, designed in the Art Nouveau style and located at 102 Lipscani Street. The property has been carefully renovated, preserving its original façades and decorative elements.

The architecture integrates distinctive Art Nouveau details, enriched by symbolic influences ranging from Ancient Egyptian spirituality—reflected in papyrus-inspired capitals and representations of Osiris and Horus—to Italian Renaissance elements, expressed through the fountain composition aligned with the passage axis. Inside, the lobby is complemented by contemporary artistic accents, including works inspired by Alphonse Mucha, echoing the classical aesthetics of Botticelli.

Centrul Nouveau is a five-storey building with a total built area of 7,058 sqm, of which 5,366 sqm is usable, and offers both underground and above-ground parking facilities.
